Another successful project, this time for an Australian ice-cream company. As part of the design brief, The inside of the mould was latticed to help with structure. Two ports were included for water, inlet and outlet, for the temperature control of the mould. The mould also contained fine air holes to allow compressed air to enable release from the ice-cream. The base was also hollowed with lattice for water heating and includes 2 x ports for water inlet/outlet on ends. The moulds were printed in Stainless Steel 15-5ph. These moulds continue to be refined and improved each year.
